65 Grove Street, Watertown

65 Grove Street, a vacant General Electric research and light manufacturing facility was purchased by Cresset in 2014. The development team worked with the Town of Watertown to permit a gut renovation of the facility into a first class office'/lab facility as part of the permitting process, Cresset successfully negotiated with direct abutter to provide a better form of access and egress for both property owners. The program also included adding a 300 car parking garage along with substantial site improvements.
