A Cresset Group/Novaya Venture joint venture, permitted the existing site 162,000sf office building and parking, to a mixed-used project. The approvals consist of a state of the art mixed-use/lab/office project along with a residential complex. In 2019 the joint venture sold off a portion of land to Wood Partners and in 2021 the remaining portion was sold to Blackstone/BioMed.
